hi guys I'm hoping that you guys could help decide what my best option should be for hp upgrade coming up this spring/summer. I have Justin vmp kit an was thinking about adding a blower cam that would put me about 460ish. ideally I would like to be just under 500 rwhp without having to forge motor...

Damn spark plugs. 4 out of six broke off removing them, still have two left to go. I followed Stage3's tech article to the t and they still broke. What are my options now?

Right now I have ford racing mufflers on my Roush I was thinking about going to either the off road or extreme . Does anyone out there know if there is a big sound difference between the ford racing exhaust ( stock headers) and the Roush exhaust ?

For those of you who know more than I, which is most of you. When you have a supercharged are the extra gages, such as boost, really helpful or are they just fun? If they are helpful which ones should one get and why.

Looking for my next power mod, VMP gave me a couple of options; overdrive crank pulley to soin the M90 faster for more boost or long tube headers...none of which will give me results as the VMP 500HP kit, but a slight satisfying power boost without taking the engine part... I met a fellow ROUSH...

I ordered the Lethal Performance FPDM upgrade kit. I think I've seen the thread on here for upgrading the fuel pump wiring, and as Lethal doesn't provide a clear instruction sheet, I was wondering if anybody has an instructional source for this upgrade in concise terms? (i.e. PICTURES!) ...

Well it took a little bit of time to take the pics of my completed install. It is hard to get a good pic of Carmen's pulleys but take my word for it they look good in person. well im going to be pullingthe trigger on the gt500 strut brace this week so i just wanted to make sure i had my facts right before.... from what i read on the other thread, the gt500 brace DOES in fact both clear the M90 by 3/4" and is also low enough to fit under the stock hood correct??? ...

I have a ford racing CAI that is ready to install on my Roush, but I do not have the 2 air cleaner gromments. These fit on the 2 pegs on the underside of the stock airbox and wedge into 2 holes in the fender. No, you can't buy these from Ford, unless you buy the whole airbox assembly. :eek:...

I am having traction problems and have been told to get some lower control arms and an upper adjustable control arm. Also told that Steeda lowering brackets will help fix all the geomerty angles and will help a ton with traction. How would they weld on, would I have to take it to someone locally?...

I'm sure this has been talked about before, but I've searched and cant find any threads on it. I'm getting my JBA longtube headers installed and getting a custum tune next week. Is it ok to drive until the tune? It will driven about a hundred miles until tune.
