Mods - Rear Blackout

Here's my rear blackout mod.


Installation Time: 5 Minutes

The kit comes with the blackout piece and alcohol swabs


Prep to clean / degrease area

I like the look of it with a Satin Silver car. Also should look good on Screaming Yellow or Performance White. This will be on for a year or so then, I'll bite the bullet and pay ~$2500 to have two 10" stripes painted on.

That really adds to the car. If you blacked out the lower section where it says ROUSH that would really tie it all together.

It does enhance the appearance. I decided to go with it due to the fact that my car came without the "forklift holes". Too much Silver in the rear!

Looks really really good, much improved... I would also like to add that it would look good in a flat black opposed to the glossy finish you have. But it is a really nice looking addition!

This is the smoked plexi-glass version so it shines. I've also seen it in a flat black decal and a magnet version.

looks good, flat black would just be to dull, good choice going with shiny version. paint the lower ROUSH on rear bumper and like someone else said, it would tie everything together.
