Want to see a ROUSH supercharged 05?
Here are some photos of my 05 Roush on "roids"! Alot of you have been awaiting the results of the install. I will give as much info as you like. Just picked it up from the Custom Shop here in Vegas 2 days ago. The shop has some photos as well that I will have them post. Performance is night and day all be it a few issues that will hopefully be worked out with air/fuel etc.
The car was fun and now it's thrilling! First try at using this photo site. Hope it works. http://photobucket.com/albums/c205/LVROUSH/ Last edited by LVROUSH : 12-10-2005 at 10:12 AM. Reason: unsufficient photo content |

It looks like they did a great job on the install - Congrats! I have a few questions. You mention some air/fuel issues - did you go with the Roush calibration, or did the shop that did the install do the tune as well? I'm curious because I'll probably go with the Roush calibration since I haven't bought a tuner yet. Are there any effects on driveability, or is it just like stock until you hammer it? Is there an audible whine at idle, or under hard acceleration for that matter? Did you dyno it, or are you going to dyno it in the near future? Just curious how much hp to expect. I'm guessing it will be close to 400 rwhp, maybe 380-ish. Where did you purchase the kit? Is the added torque fun?
All right, so I had more than a few. Enjoy your car and let us know as much as possible when you get the time. Thanks! |
