Talking New wheels & tires are on

I finally got around to installing my new GT500 replicas and Sumitomo 275/40/18's this morning. Thank goodness for portable propane space heaters, it was a "chilly" 22 degrees when I started. Here's some pics, I know how you guys are about wanting to see pics

Can you tell which is the new one?

I imagine Ford is the maker of the real ones. These are chrome replicas, by Wheel Replicas, of the aluminum wheels that are suppose to be on the new GT500.

I wish I could, since the wednesday before thanksgiving we have had over 20" of snow already this "winter". Hell, winter isn't even suppose to start until the 21st. I've only been able to drive it once, to the hardware store and back, a wopping 3 miles. That was about the only descent day to drive it since I brought her home in the rain the monday before thanksgiving. I gave her a sponge bath a few days later to clean her up.

Beautiful wheels. Congratulations. I'll bet you can hardly wait for spring in order to have some extended time behind the wheel.

Any chance you weighed the wheels before putting them on? I'm always interested in what kind of a weight penalty I have to pay if I upgrade to a new wheel.
