Stripes
Has anyone painted stripes on a 2005/6? I have the original Shelby type stripes on my 1966. Shelby stripes vary in width, wider on the roof but narrower on the hood/valance, and deck lid/valance. I have seen the '05/'06 with the same width stripes painted (gold) but they look to wide on the hood and especially on the deck lid and rear facia. Has anyone worked out the proper width for these stripes. I plan on painting the stripes, including the facias, a black cherry, then clear coating them so they only show in bright sun light (ie "ghost stripes).

stripes
i have what appears to be "metallic" gray STRIPES ON MY 05. shitty stripe job done on the car. the stripes will be removed soon and black ones will put on in the place of the gray ones.
