That's the route I went. The Roush rims are a bit pricey for a basic 5 spoke that say's "Roush" on it. Now I'm looking at different 18's or 19's to purchase.
BTW, I think your car would look better with just one Hood Scoop! Have fun!

Welcome snk1233!
That is a tough question. It seems like you are balancing it well already because the important thing is to consider what you plan on doing with the car. I presume you have been to www.roushperf.com to review the items included in each package to make the right comparisons. Good luck in deciding! |

When I bought my Sport it's all they had. If I had to do it all over again I would get a Sport again and mod it like I wanted to. Like I am doing to this one. Otherwise, then I would just go all out for the Stage 3.
With what I have done so far I am still below the cost of a Stage 1 or 2.

Excellent. I was over there on Saturday to see my brother and looking at possibly getting something to use daily with a little better gas mileage and was talking with Jack.
I saw a couple of models and colors on the lot...and they all look sweet. Jacks a real good guy, he'll take care of you I'm sure. Have fun checking them out....as confusing as it can be it really is fun though.

Can't go wrong with the color choice
It sounds like you've researched your choice, and it really boils down to how much you wanna spend and be comfortable about it. Whatever you go with, it's a Roush at any stage ![]()

I bought a sport also and changed out the wheels (see pic in sig). Like you said, you'd save a few grand and then you could get whatever wheel/tire package you want.

Luckily for me my dealer and I came to an agreement!
I bought the Stage2 and sold back the wheels to them to put on a Sport. That way I coudl go get the wheels I wanted 20" Chrome.

Something else to think about: I went from an '03 Mach I to my '05 Roush Sport Convertible (with Roush supercharger) and my insurance went DOWN $449.00 per year because the Sport VIN is for a GT!
You can always add on to a Sport but keep the cheaper insurance!
