They made an error in the article and said it came with an iron block.Ihope they got the rear wheel horsepower right.That article also noted they had 5w50 oil.(not that it would alter the RWHP).If it does,I am buying some...

Correct me if I am wrong here but the Roush stage 3 has the stock gt block , and this block is an iron block with aluminum heads.

In the August Road and Track they mentioned the difference in weight between (the 5.4 engine)in the GT 500 and the Roush's (4.6 block) is an aluminum block and the Triton has an iron block..."Roush's lack of nose heaviness-the aluminum block4.6-litreV-8 is much trimmer than the cast iron Triton of the GT 500..."
