Congrats on the purchase, she looks good. Is it a S1 or S2? Got any other pics? Like interior and engine bay. The new body styles sure have grown on me a lot, I might have to trade mine in.

Carolina Rider, you better have your tuned checked. I purchased my car from Lance Cunningham and had the tune checked and Air Fuel was 15/1. My car in currently in the process of major upgrades and should be out of shop in the next week or two. PM me if you want to go into further detail. I guess you probably had Cole Fisher as your salesman. Just guessing.

EIII, Who did your tune and what was the problem? Steve Angell did my tune, and yes, Cole Fisher is the "salesman" who wrote my car up. I haven't checked into a Tuner yet in the Charlotte, better yet, Monroe, NC area. If anyone know sof one, please let me know. I bought out of town as I have done for years, doesnt matter make or price, Charlotte area is not the place to get good deals on cars.

The Dale Jarrett Ford Mustang Show, I may come over to see what everyone has.

I spoke with Steve A. and he was the one that was suppose to have done it. It came with Procharger HO with Intercooler more than likely like yours. I I only drove the car for about 700 miles and it developed and squeeling noise. It became worse and worse. We will know more when we look at the block in the next week or so. I also had my shop look at the setup and they said it was done very poorly. I also had fluid spraying out from somewhere under the car. Once procharger was removed it stopped even with a new blower on it. Needless to say I have taken blower off and went with basically an entire new setup, which I will post when I get car back. Here is the dynosheet of the original tune on car. Look at the second sheet in the thread. Air Fuel Ratio I'm sure many people will chime in and tell you how bad a tune this is with a blower. I'm not looking to rag on Steve in anyway I just want to tell you my experience so you dont have a potential problem on your hands. Tune is crucial on these cars.

Angell has done 95 cars out the door using the procharger setup and if you look around all the Mustang boards, many a car owner is using the Procharger, and happy with its performance. He just doesnt tune these cars, he drag races them and is an owner also. I checked all this out before I purchased. With that said, I can check the Diablo and see where the fuel trim is at, this is not my daily driver. I have a stock 06 GTO to scoot around in, and 07 Z06 on order. Cars are my toys.

I will find a Ford tuner in my area, I do know they had issues preparing this car as it was the 1st 07 Model they had to tune, and that presented some code issues.

I hope you understand that I have no real issues with someone using prochargers. I know they make some big power. Please understand I was told they had done about the same numbers of cars with Prochargers almost a year ago so it sounds like a sales line to me. My car is also not my daily drive and I love cars as well. That is the entire reason why I wanted to make you aware of somthing you should probably check out. Was cole your sales person and how did you buy it? Over the net, phone, in person? Youre car is really sweet. Mine is the same color as yours just a coupe.

I didnt do it in person, just numbers to compare to my local and he was better. I will get it looked at, you do know the Prochargers have a whining noise and at idol as long as you dont have a bearing problem, they are a little noisy? You have to be careful no tto over tighten the belt. I made the decision on the Procharger by checking online, not from their installing as I could have easily put on the Roush Charger. Angell delivered the car to me, went through his install, the Diablo and was upfront they had tuning issues since it was the 1st 07 they had tuned, etc, etc. Drove it with him for a check out, and have his contact information.

What your telling me is you had a programming issues where he was running the fuel ratios way out, doesnt make sense he would do that on purpose, the information on tuning these cars is out there in spades. I looked over my installation, I see no issue with the quality of the install but you may have something I am not aware of.

When did you notice a problem and why did you decide to take out the Procharger? It has a warranty.

i originally had a procharger on mine. it had the squealing noise as well and was extremely loud even at idle. it kept killing two cylinders. it was sent back for repair, reinstalled and still had problems. ATI will not tell you what is wrong with a unit. send your warrany in asap. if you're a day late they will not honor it. i had the procharger taken it out and put the car back to stock with a CAI. then later, i added the rouscharger. prochargers make lots pf power and are best used for drag racing. mine was putting out 468 rwhp. it can be easy to blow the aluminum block with this kind of power. if you get on it alot, you will have white spray all inside the engine bay. make sure you find an expert tuner for that unit or you will be in big trouble. my 2 cent worth.

I have to say that I agree with you 100%. I had the exact same problems as you with the white residue under the hood and I hardly ever got on it. It is noisy but that was not why I took mine off. It was because of the tune and the belt being shredded and overall quality of the install. I'm not against procharger you just better know what you are buying Your're dead on about the short block going with Procharger as well. I just want to pass along any experience I have positive or negative if I feel it could help someone else out.
