How many Stage 3's??
I was at a dealer today looking at a stage 2, but I really want a stage 3. He said they are getting one in in a couple weeks. I know it will cost more (but I believe it's worth it for the stage 3 package). My question is how many stage 3's will there be this year. Also, I'm assuming its an '06 stage 3, not an '07. They aren't making '07 stage 3's yet, are they?? Any ideas. Thanks a bunch.
I just found out about this website today. Man, what a find! There's so much more going on here than the other sites I usually hang out on.

Welcome to the site.
I believe they are making the 07's now. Won't know the final numbers for the 06 and 07 S3s until later but it will be small number.

If they are just going to be getting it it should be a '07. There are a few of the '06 left, but you might as well order the car that you want.
I was told 300 made for 06, but have had no further confirmations.

well 218 is better the 300... I will take it.
I was told that my car is one of two with this option package. I can't wait for the numbers to come out, hopefully before the end of September when I go to my first show with it.

I custom ordered my 2007 Stage 3 back in April. The car is shipping next week. There was an intake manifold change that caused Roush some headaches and they had to modify some parts along with the computer calibrations. So the 07's are shipping very soon.

ahh the wait, i almost puked waiting for mine to come in...
 is there a reason you ordered an 07 instead of an 06? thats around the time i ordered mine thats why.. sorry to be nosy..

As I understand it, there are three things (that I think of) that the 07's bring to the table. First they have a bumped up 5 year/50,000 mile warranty (not sure if Roush is bumping up the Supercharger too or not), a new color "Alloy"
 which is a dark graphite, somewhere between black and graphite and an iPod plug-in on all the stereo's. Other than that, I believe they are the same...

congrats on your car...
5/50k, might double check that, cuz in my Roush manual it states it is under warranty but only throuh Roush and the dealer not through FoMoCo. due to the mods.. but if they did change it cool for you and other purchasing one... did you go with 3:55's also i heard in '07 gts where droppin to 3:31 enjoy

'07 also drops the Screaming Yellow, and adds in Competition Orange.
