Smaller pullies for the Roush blower?

Does anyone know where I can find these? What kind of boost is the unit capable of? I know its only an M90.

Thanks,

Stock output is 5-6 lbs
Smaller pulley and belt from Roush gets you 8 lbs.
It's capable of 15 lbs.

Sold on the Roush site.

Well since this is in the 05+ forum I take it he is talking about the Model years.
If so Roush does not yet have a smaller pulley available for the general public.

I have been told stock is 4-5 psi.

A "off road" pulley is in the works but is not currently available for the 05+.

Word is there may be a ice box "off road race" kit in the works as well. This will replace the battery (has to be relocated to trunk) and allow for ice to cool the lines from the intercooler radiator.

I was told though that this S/C is the same, except for the snout, as the 360r S/c. I have been wondering if the pullies would interchange. hmmm.

i dont see how the actual pulley is different from the 01-04 m90 on the roush. prob dont even need to change teh belt but a boost guage will confirm that.

It's an 8-rib vs the 6-rib used on the 4.6 3V.

Even though they differ, I'm pretty sure you're correct that it will work. I have seen pics of a Roush test mule with an 8-rib 2.85" pulley with the 6-rib belt, not using the two front pulley grooves. But they will eventually (soon?) release the proper 6-rib 2.85 (stock is 2.93) pulley so we might as well wait for that.

There is a reputable acquaintence of mine here in Vegas at the Speedway..builds cars the right way. He did extensive testting with a "ONE OFF" pulley for the Roushcharger (05-06). Ultimately the car picked up 25-27hp with tune and was detonating. Too much heat building up in head unit, very loud also with increased boost to 8. Only way to eliminate detonation is to change timing..= hp loss. Ive spent alot of time researching options. Its not a set up for manipulating unfortunately. Exhaust/Headers/Cold Air and re tune will net 40-50 additional ponies. $675 for cold air and tune from Steeda, $750 for good long tubes, another $800-1000 for exhaust. let your wallet be your guide.
