Roush Short Throw Shifter Adjustment

Does anyone have any experience with adjusting the side-to-side centering force on the Roush Short Throw Shifter? The centering force from 3rd/4th over to 5th is moderate as it should be. The centering force from 3rd/4th over to 1st/2nd is rather light. I have found myself coming close to bypassing 4th down-shifting from 5th over to 2nd a couple of times. I think the likelihood of mis-shifting like this would be less if the centering force from 1st/2nd to center was greater. Anyway to increase this force?
