1 piece aluminum drive shaft
Haven't posted in a while, sorry it's been nutty, but I wanted to share this with all of you. I just recently had some upgrades done to the car. Tokico D specs, they're awesome and was the final touch to all the suspension work I have done. And a one piece aluminum drive shaft from LFP. A friend of mine did the install at his home garage. Below is a link to the site we both belong to with the tech article.
The D specs totally changed how the car handles and responds to the road. We used a setting of 3 for the front and 4 for the rear. Took her out after they were put in and ran it through some of the clover leafs on the LI expressway and all I can say is wow. The car holds tight and I won't say how fast but it was well beyond the speed limit The drive shaft, while I cannot say I felt any power difference, I did feel a much better response when getting on the car and launching it from a dead stop. If you do this and have lowered the car you must check and adjust the pinion angle. Mine definitely needed to be adjusted as it was rubbing against the underbody a bit. http://www.extremehp.com/images/2005...stall_tech.doc

I too can recommend teh driveshaft! It was one of my first mods to the Stg2...an it was well worth the $750.00 I paid for it. I got the one from JPC....it is only 17lbs!!!
