my S3 has red all around except for the springs which are blue. Sounds like we are in the same boat. Does anyone have a S3 with red springs?

Thx 06
Looks like all is finally well with mine, and pls get the recall done.
IF the weld breaks, the strut can take out a tire ( not a good thing).
Only took the dealer two hrs so I just hung in the showroom and waited for mine.
Also make sure they do the rear shock upgrade as well.

There is a rear shock upgrade???

I went to the dealership and I don't have my recall letter, not sure on that one. They said I had to bring in the car leave it so they could order the parts. I said I am not leaving the car, order the parts and I will bring it in. That was months ago. Then I got hit by my friend and I just got that fixed (kinda). So now I am back on getting things fixed.

I will have to stop by the dealership and see if they can get all this stuff ordered. I am just not willing to leave my car with them for any longer then it must. I know I need to get the front struts done. As hard as I drive... I really need to be sure.
