Is this guy full of it?

Two days ago the wife and I went out to a local Mustang Club GTG. Met a lot of great people as they also invited the local Vett Club and had a great time. Finally got some cool evenings here in Vegas to enjoy riding with the top down. Now Before you get all over me for not posting pics... Yes I forgot the camera! Sorry! But trust me thre were almost 80 cars there and it was GREAT!

Anyway the purpose of this little rant is that there was a new guy there with a Black 427R. Decided to have a talk with him and introduce him to FNSweet while admiring his ride. It took me all of 15 seconds to realize he was a jackass know it all. During a coversation with about 6 of us standing around he began to talk about the newest "Bad Ass" car that had just been produced by Roush. It wasn't the P-51a! According to him it was an all Black car with black rims, a black stripe, black billet grill and comes out of the box with 605hp . He said it was called the P-505. I politely questioned him and suggested that perhaps he was talking about the Black Jack but he simply dismissed me as someone who had no idea what was going on. To say the least it pissed me off!

Now I checked the Roush Website and can't find anything about this new car unless someone out there knows more than me I say he is full of... Well you know.

Vegas...sometimes you just gotta let the KIA's (know it all's) have their jibber jabber time. Someone with less tact than you(and I applaud you for your restraint)will put the boy in his ROUSH place...he's an FN/Newbie.

I want one!

Order me a P505 or a CPO 3PO! Sounds like a great investment car, limited production numbers I'm sure. Will they do it again in 2010?

Must be the dry heat in Vegas, the best thing you could have done (I've done a few times) and just play along with him and make it looking more like a fool in front of everyone. Ask him what does his P505 stand for, how many were made, why is the P505 all black, is that the new three-screw charger from Roush. Everyone around him will realize he's full of BS except for him.

I lived in Vegas and I believe there just might be some strange cats living there too. Just a hunch.

Geez, Guys,
There is such a thing and it IS fast:
The most powerful Asus P505 Software plug-in with tabs. Close button that really closes. ZIP support in File Explorer. And many other features missing in official OS updates in one product.

What club was it? The only one I really even deal with is the Mustang Club of Las Vegas. They deal a lot in the older cars, but the VP has a Roush, and was big in the ROEA for a while. He is on here some to.

I think I would have made him look stupid if at all possible, but not worth the fight. he must have stood in the sun too long. lol

PS thanks for the invite.

Yes it was the Mustang Club of Las Vegas but unfortunately David was not there. Not sure how David would have handled it but I would have enjoyed watching!

We are starting to get more newer cars but there are still some older beauties.

I did think about trying to make him look stupid but I figured he would take care of that all by himself in time.

As for the invite... all members got one. Maybe we need to get you more involved!

We are gettig a nice Roush collection out here in Vegas. Maybe it's time for a Roush GTG in Vegas before it get too cold out... You know like down in the 50"s.

I am not a member of the club, Just a lerker. Clubs don't really do much for me and I don't like to show my car much, which is all most clubs do.

Eh.

I'm going to the next mustang club meeting up here in Reno but I don't think there are any Roush guys here. Maybe I'll be the first!
