M90 install

Well I have thoroughly read the install instructions for the M90 kit and I am confident I can do the install in the garage at home. So now all I have to do is pick up the blower. I am hoping to pick up a used head unit from another member of this site and see if Stage3motorsports can piece together the rest of the parts needed to do the install so if you have a m90 headunit or know someone who does PM me a shipped price to 47805. Hopefully I can get a good deal so I dont have to wait longer to get a blower. Help me out fellas. I need to take the plunge.

Unless you absolutely have your mind set on the M90, save some more money and get the Whipple intercooled 10# kit. It comes with EVERYTHING, and I mean everything. Just my 2 cents.

Says he is going to do the install himself. A couple of months ago I talked to Chris in Roush warranty and he said that unless you are a certified tech or have one sign off on the install there is no warranty on a self install... So Whipple still wins!

That would work! When I talked to Roush one of their suggestions was to find the tech at the dealership who does the installs and pay him for his signature! Whatever it takes to get the job done.

I was hoping to keep the roush theme and begin showing the car once all finished.

I am not worried about the warranty issue.

I tried this a while back with Stage 3 and working with them and Roush this option was a NO GO. I would do a little research and talk to the guys at stage 3 and make sure this is an option for you, if not have not already.

Bottle line was Roush was not willing to sell out the parts separately. But maybe things have changed, so Good Luck.

I had the same thought too when I was looking into get a supercharger. But I soon changed my mind when I learned about Whipples. I got mine in late winter 2007, when they were first coming out.

As far as showing the car, it makes no diff whether it has a Saleen, Roush, Whipple, Kenne Bell or any other supercharger. The fact that it HAS one is what really gets people going!

Take it from me, if you don't have a Roushcharger, you won't get penalized in the car shows.

Roush or Whipple S/C. they do not care at car shows as Family Man said. Last month I was at a AACA car show with a Black Jack. Figured he had 1st place. Was surprised when I took 1st and the Black Jack took 2nd.

Toolttime ... It's a Roush Sport and I had a Whipple S/C put on it. As many members here on this forum, we have added mod's to our Roush's. Are you saying once you modify a Roush, it's no longer a authentic Roush?
