I have 3 black chrome forged wheels with center caps that I might want to trade, do you have forged wheels?

If you already have the chrome ones, I would think that for the price of new rims (or way less) you could have them redone in hyper black by the most professional of professionals. Whoever that is.
Ham your best bet will be to have a local professional do it. Trading with someone else will just add expense to an already expensive process.
The hyperblack 18" rims you speak of were found on the 2008 Roush BlackJack & Trak Pak cars, where my wife and I have the former. There isn't anything unique about them that should prompt you to seek them out over having a professional simply paint/powder coat them.
I hope that helps!
Thanks guys
I was also looking to do the same thing. I went to countless powdercoating shops. What it would cost to get these rims powdercoated you can go out and buy a new set of rims. The way the chrome is on the wheel you cant just sandblast it cause the powdercoat will not be smooth. So its a huge process.
True, the caveat being that ALL Forged RS3 wheels were basically BTO from Roush's manufacturer only, where the Hyper Black & Black Chrome are the most uncommon by 4 magnitudes. Roush had other contractors do the paint or black chroming at a fairly large expense to Roush. You've got to figure that in total there are only <1000 sets of 4 made, since there were ~400 for the 06-09 RS3, 251 BlackJacks, and ~200 Trak Paks. According to my friend at Roush, they only had a small quantity of spare forged rim sets available as spares for those owning one of the aforementioned and a few select vendors. If my understanding was correct I believe he said the original supplier bottomed up, so what is in circulation of forged rims is all there will be.
From what I interpreted Roush seems to have altered their format quite a bit as far as being a aftermarket parts supplier. The last few generations had a larger abundance of parts readily available and cars were made sans prior order, whereas now it seems they are BTO. To my knowledge Roush currently only offers cast wheels on their new models, and if I am correct that is quite a shame. I've never liked 20" wheels for their rotational mass, (T=FxL), etc.
Yes, powder coating is quite a process, but finding a spare of the wheels in question that someone is willing to sell for a decent price and are not too damaged is also. At that rate if you have to have them you may as well bite the bullet.
