    FordFan,
Can you find out what the costs are.
Last year they were confused with the car show and the Roush Event.
Are we with Hillyer Ford for the event?

Your cousin (Keith) and I will be meeting with the track promotors very soon> The drag strip needs help with the classes that aren't covered in the Dearborn Classics show (1974 and newer) so it's best to leave Hillyer's out of the picture and we will do the Roush and other 1974-2009 classes with the drag strips support- It's a win/win for everyone.

Details will be worked out so it will be totally clear on the charges including...
    1) Car show entry fee
    2) Any additional gate fee for passengers in cars entering the show area.
    3) Race Only

One thing I want to keep in place is the Car Show entry fee to include 3 time only (T/O) passes after the Car Show Award Ceramony...

How you doing Kerry! I was hoping the Woodburn show was going to be on the same weekend as last year. I took vacation for that weekend so Rhonda & I should be there this year. Tell Diane Hi from us, also don't have to much fun next weekend in Vegas. Talk to later take care.

    Judging interest??

Today I inquiring with Fast Specialities (local dyno shop) about a group Dyno Day for Saturday August 15th - this would tie it into our N/W Roush weekend of events- FAST Specialties, LLC / Vancouver, WA / (360) 213-2781 / (877) 567-FAST - Home

Price not finalized, guessing around $75 for 3 pulls- 10 or more cars, no tuning at this price, just print outs and advice...

I can supply 2 cars, that leaves 8 more slots

Other options considered for Saturday the 15th include a scenic cruise thru the back roads-

    Thoughts-Feedback???

Very very cool!! - Of course any Ford powered vehicle is welcome and appreciated. I myself think a dyno day event would be a great oppurtunity for those from a far.

We are really looking forward to this years event, since the Roush portion of the show has gone so well the Woodburn track managment is allowing myself and another to promote the 1974 and newer portion of the All Ford Show with special focus on the ROUSH / FNsweet group-

Everthing is still in plan stages but a web site will be launched very soon with details and preregistration information...

A couple of things are for sure, the Car Show entry fee of $20 (car and driver) will include Time Only (T/O) passes down the 1/4 mile after the Car Show award ceremonies. Also since this is an all day race event that the show is intergrated with, there will be an addmission charge at the gate for any passangers.

2 or 3 pulls depending on the vehicle-
No tuning for $54 just baseline numbers, the tuning possibilities will depend on the turn out of vehicles. As the date gets closer we can check with Fast to set something up. Worst case scenario is to come over a day early to get your tune done

Looking good for me to attend on Sunday! It will be good to see my friends again & make new ones!

Nothing sucks more than that moment during an argument when you realize you're wrong.
