So how much can this motor hold? I will be going yet once again back down range. When I get back I am thinking of doing the helion twin turbo set up on my Roush or would I be better off getting another mustang to attempt this on.

I think for longevity you will be better off with your motor then trying it with a 5.0 and its higher compression rating. Remember that youtube videos dont mean shit, speed shops can easily get 1000hp out of anything to get business and then back it down or forge it. Do you want a 1000hp dyno video or 700-800hp reliable street beast. I remember your video when I first got my car and think your like me and want the 700rwhp or so that is reliable and fun as hell to drive on the street.
