    Where are my weak points?

OK, I have been trolling for a year now, posting a few comments here and there, but now I could use some help. I have a 2011 Stage 1 and have added a Roush supercharger. I bought the car new with the following options (in addition to the Stage 1 package):
    Roush Exhaust
    Roush Billet Grille
20" Roush Wheels with Cooper RS3 Tires
Roush Lowering Springs and Jounce Bumpers
And several other appearance only options

While I don't intend to take this to the track, I do enjoy pushing the car a little here and there (killed an '08 GT500 and a '12 Cayman S so far this year). The car is a strict garage queen, so it gets very few miles and only in perfect weather. Here's my question: What are the weakest points in this car, and with the additional power I am running, what would be the next 3-4 things you would upgrade? Transmission? Clutch? Fuel Pump? Suspension? Brakes? I do notice that while under heavy acceleration the cars seems to "pulse/surge" a little - like it could be starving for fuel.

I don't do any of the mechanical work myself - not enough experience and frankly, not enough interest to do it myself, so I would probably be having the local Roush dealership or other qualified garage do any serious upgrades. My biggest objective in asking these questions is not to necessarily get MORE power, but to make sure I am not doing any damage to the car when I do get on it (which really isn't all that often).

I appreciate your input and suggestions.

...and as always required, here are a couple pics...

The surge is the roush tune. Call jdm or vmp to fix that. First is suspension, if you already have lowering springs youll want to add shocks/struts and I would also add lca's with relocation brackets. Then see where your at
2010 Roush 427r- TVS Dual Belt with stock pulley about 500rwhp. Trak pak 6 piston brakes, trak pak suspension adjusted even lower, Roush billet LCA's with BMR's red lca brackets. Roush hood struts, Grant Roush steering wheel, Roush upper and lower billet grill VMP tuned

Who did your s/c? Did they perform a dyno tune? Along with a good JDM custom tune, I would put in a FRPP throttle body, larger injectors and a larger fuel rail. A big brake package is a must with the power you will making.

Your weak point is your lower end, it isn't forged so you should stay under 600rwhp. The other weak point is the chinese transmission. There have been over 30,000 failures.

Stupid follow up question #1: For a JDM or VMP tune, I see they are located in NJ and FL. Do you have to take the car to them or are there other options.

The dealership installed the s/c and sent the ECM to Roush for reprogramming.

Mail order, no need to take it to them. You can datalog to dial it in and can throw it on a local dyno to check everything

Both will send tunes via email and you can down load them to your SCT tuner. Email tunes are usually conservative.
