[2007 stage 3]

Hi,
I have a 2007 Stage 3 and recently picked up a 2012 Coyote for the wife. It is not a Roush, but we really trust your opinion and are need your help.

We installed a whipple 2.9 on her 2012 Coyote automatic. We picked a package that offered 600 RWHP for manual trans and antipate some loss for an automatic. The problem is that on the dyno, its making like 500 RWHP and the boost level is all over the place, boost is also really low out of the hole (5 lbs).

We pulled off the cats and the cats are fine, the bypass valve seems to be working, and there is a well known tuner working on it now still. Spent nearly a day datalogging back and forth and haven't seen any changes. Tuner says his things are fine, but we should be making more power. We have the 4" pulley and was told it should be making aproximately 10 lbs. The installer thinks all his stuff is Ok mechanically.

Whats going on for the tuning, do you have the Ford racing base file? Its not the greates in the world just something that will get you up and running. We have a really nice custom mail order tune we can write and probably gain about 40 HP with! Call sometime to talk to us about it 732-780-0770
