    Unless Roush starts forging the bottom end on the supercharged cars, there will be very few "original" Roush supercharged cars of value in the future. The bottom end will not hold up. I'd like to see forged internals on all S/C cars. I'll also go out on a limb and say that Roush would really corner the market by offering a choice between a supercharged stage III or a turbo-charged stage III. Just the ramblings of a drunk gearhead...

    True. But consider that in 2008 more P-51 models were sold than Stage 3's in 2002, 2003, or 2004.

    They offer a forged bottom end for those who can afford it. But, it is not a necessity for the majority of their supercharged models or they would not be able to warranty them for 3-years, 36,000 miles.
