Sorry I haven't been up much and haven't gotten back to you on the hood question.
Ok the 94/95 Intake is a lil' taller but the heat Extractor hood should have no problems clearing it.
Now about the ROUSH hood they used with the Intake, you can fab a similar set up out of the heat extractor hood or a 96-98 cobra hood. Need to find someone with some signifcant skill and your highest trust rating. The key ... check the brochure, is the venting towards the back of the hood.

As for mine, I ordered mine from
