Well they used my incident and charged him. He went to court.... after all was said and done.... suspended lic. for 6 months, 9 points and a 1000.00 fine. He also told the judge that he lost his car after one of the people from another incident followed him home and told his parents. There is a little justice in the world.

Now that is a great ending. I can't imagine what I would have done in your shoes at the time of the incident but I'm glad justice was served and that asstard.
