I have a tuner that will do that, one of the Xcalibrator 2's by SCT. The dealer was able to get a stock roush tunefile (TEM7RSC) of my factory TEM7 computer code through the online database. I can now change any type of transmission shift, rpm, speed limiter, converter lockup, rev limiter and still have the stock roush engine programming.
