I have seen the stock 5.4 engine running at 500hp, daily driving, and still seeming reliable. Hard to say how long the parts will really last in the long run. More power = less life in 95% of all cases though.
A recalibration would be required because of a new pump and/or injectors, not because of the nitrous kit.
The stock trans is rated at 550 lb-ft of torque (750 Nm.... as in 4R75). Axle(s) and Driveshaft(s)... who knows.
