STILL NO ROUSH STAGE 3!!!
I was told that the car shipped last Friday and that is was done last Wednesday. Roush has said now, today,that the car is still in Michigan, for no apparent reason. They will not even call back the General Manager of the dealership. I don't know if this is a typical thing for Roush but this is absolutely not the way to do business. All I really want is the TRUTH, and they can't tell me where the car is, when it will ship or anything. I could cancel the order, and I really should, but I only have $500 down on the order. Maybe if I had more getting that money back would make me feel better, but $500 is not enough to make me feel better at this point.
I just got off the phone with a Roush guy and says he is going to try and help, he is a nice guy, but I don't think there is the support from people get things done there. There is obviously some cleaning house that needs to happen in the Roush Stable, IMO.
I am not trying to make memebers of FNSWEET.com mad, all I am trying to do is let the people know, that this crap is happening.
I don't think the magic wand worked this time.
I am really at my wits end with this and just don't know what to do.
