The thing with waiting is they keep telling me it's coming. Well now they are telling me it's just sitting. It's just sitting in at the Roush plant. My car and four others were recalled for a brake issue, now they are saying the brake part are on backorder. It seems more like they just have a long list of EXCUSES.
Mark Patzrick, told the dealership that the car shipped last week Friday and that it was done last Wednesday. So, why is the car still sitting in Michigan with parts on backorder. If the parts are backordered then why did Mark say that the car was done and shipped. Moslty becuase this guy doesn't know sh1t.
I would have cancelled the car a LOOOONG time ago if i didn't think it wa worth it. The car is a GREAT CAR, but that doesn't help to fix the HORRIBLY, HORRIBLE service, and mis-information Roush dishes out.
I will keep waiting for now... but I don't know how much longer waiting is going to work when the point I wait for is a moving target. If they would jsut get me a date and stick to it, then great. At this point though, I wouldn't believe them anyway.
