To me it's arrogance that allows any seller to treat buyers like this and expect you to just sit and wait. I understand mistakes happen, but when the same mistakes take place over and over, it's no longer a mistake, but a Habit. To me the arrogance gives the mentallity that "my product is in such demand that I can treat customers however I want and they'll still buy it". This gives no motivation to change their "habits". The only way you as a consumer can force them to change their habits is by sticking together and walking away. If no one is waiting on the cars anymore they'll get their act together. If you do wait it out, you're due some serious compensation (ie. discount on the original purchase price, free floor mats, free extended warranty etc.). You MUST show me you appreciate my business by addressing YOUR mistakes or I'll find something else. I have no problem waiting for something that's worth it, but they need to provide the proper date (that's their job). Are you supposed to wait a year after the original delivery date only to find out the reason for the delay was they lost your order? That would really suck wouldn't it? Reality is, this may just be the case and the only way you'll find out is if you keep waiting and keep getting no car. Even if it's not the case, the results you're experiencing in my eyes are unacceptible!
I had the run around with the first guy I tried to by a Mystichrome Cobra from. I was paying exactly what he asked and he kept changing things. Needless to say I have a Mystichrome and it's not the one he was selling. Morale of the story is, someone somewhere is always willing to take your money and give you what you without a hassle and the arrogance that they're doing you a favor by letting you buy it. Just my thoughts!!!

Many great points... Problem Roush has that arrogance.
The problem here is that the dealership doesn't have much room to move and it is not their fault. And Roush won't move on anything. ROush is even trying to charge the dealership $2,100 for each of the two coupes that were delivered without the Stage 3 leather. This was not installed due to the cars having side air bags and Roush would not install. How is it the dealer has to pay extra for Leather plus the install for something that comes with the car. In the mean time these two guys have $50,000 Roush Stage 3 cars with Ford Cloth interior.
So no matter how much i want a discount or warranty the dealership has to eat it. The salesman makes more money selling a Focus then selling a Roush. I have heard some rumors about what this dealership will be doing in the future.
I am a member of one other very good all Mustang site, and plan join as many as I can to get the word out. They want to push me, I will push back. I also go to SEMA each year and know there will be some people I can talk to there.
