There is probably more truth to that statement than you want to hear. Roush does not worry at all about getting that car to you on time. They know no matter what, with the demand on them, the car WILL sell and they WILL get their money. The car being stuck somewhere or another in transit to the dealer is already accounted for by Roush, they know delays happen. However it is nothing for Roush to wait a few months as long as they make their $$$ numbers by the end of fiscal year.
Its pretty crappy, but when the cars sell themselves, and darn fast too, they must figure, Why do anything different. It seems to be all about the money with Roush nowadays.
Sorry dude, I feel ya, I would be pissed and would want to pull the deposit, but it would make me madder to know a new deposit would probably get dropped down right behind it.
Hang in there if you can. It WILL be worth it!
