I have a 94 Super Coupe that makes a lot more boost than my Roush. It has almost 100 K on it and runs just like it did new (no sperator). I can't see that a sperator would hurt but not sure it is needed.
Some of the oil is from blow by and some is just oil vapor/mist from the oilling of hot parts.
