I,ve used stove top surface cleaner.But only on glass. Then windex after to make sure it's all off. To keep it easy for next clean I wax my glass with Wet Obsession is Brazilian Ivory Carnauba Wax. See photos of this stuff it's well worth it!!!
Time comsuming= is about 30min to an hour for all steps and glass.
