That shop is guranted to be wrong. There is only one type of stem that has been put in cars since they started making them. It is a standard tr13 valve stem. Just take your car to well know tire store and they will get you fixed up. If in some weird reason that your car does happen to have a tr15 valve any good tire store should have that stem. That stem is the one that they put in large agricultural tires. If you have any other problems, let me know. I run our online tire store.
