Need some suggestions please

Alright, I got my rinseless wash in the mail the other day and was able to get out and wash the Stag yesterday. I was impressed with how well the water beads off the car and getting the bird crap and dead bugs off was fairly easy. However, after I washed the car, I was able to see just how beat up the paint is. It's obvious the previous owner didn't wash the car every week and use protective products which is fine I suppose. However, it leaves me feeling unfinished and it's not good enough!

So, the two major problems are small nicks and scratches and water spots. I've included three pictures below highlighting these problems. I noticed the water spots right away and they still remain after going over the car with the rinseless wash. I've read about clay bars and waxes and all that jazz, but I'm not familiar with them enough to know the correct product to use. Here are the pictures so you can judge the damage for yourself.

Water Spots:

Scratches Etc - Two pictures of the same nick, first one is far, second is a close up.

I circled the scratches in case you're an idiot. Hehe, just kidding.

Thank you for the help!
