Forget about the 12% pulley that is a waste and will overspin the Charger and create to omuch heat.
The CAI, Tune, 2.57 pulley (and Idler), and the Long Tubes are all good mods. These should all be safe, based on tune, and should make decent power without hurting the car. You could see up to 420RWhp with this. The LT will cost you more to install then buy. It is a time consuming task to get them in, but back it up with an H pipe (with cats). The X-pipes give off a lot off a raspier sound and the H pipe has more of a muscle car sound.
Lot's of people have had good luck with the FRPP hot cams. do a search for some specifics on it here. I have these on my list to do.
