There are many threads / posts on this issue if you do a search. I have not noted any issues with my 427 but have low mileage and have already rotated more than once. I even posted a thread myself after becoming concerned after reading so much about this issue on fnsweet.
Yes, it is an issue on these cars. I believe one of the keys is frequent criss-cross rotation. My recommendation would be to read all the info you can find on this forum. There are some really smart and experienced people here. If you believe your car needs to be aligned you can purchase some camber bolts for 30 or 40 dollars which will allow proper adjustment.
I have noted that with the lowered roush front end, it is difficult to see the inside half of the front tires when wheels are relatively straight. I think for those who put a considerable amount of miles on their Roushes, they can really wear that inside before they even realize it. Lucky for me I began to read about this issue right after I got mine and have been watching very closely and rotating every 2000 miles. Nothing noticeable yet.
