On My Third Engine!!

I now have a brand new cobra short block (Forged crank this time) after the radiator shop burned up the mach 1 motor. They took it for a test drive (my guess is a hell ride) and spun a rod bearing, which destroyed the crank. It was cheaper to buy a new short block then to pay labor and replace just the crank, rods and bearings

$4,500 later I now have approximately $30,000 in a 1998 mustang vert. Damn I am one stupid MFer! I will be selling the car now as, even taking a huge loss on the sale of the car will be cheaper than a divorce

Any ideas what I should ask for it.....considering the 32v engine swap, Roush vert with new EVERYTHING!!!! (Top and headliner, engine, tranny, stall converter, ring and pinion, stereo, tires, radiator and cooling fan, etc.) I would love to hear what you guys think before I price it too high.

Seems wrong to sell it now after it is all done! You haven't gotten any enjoyment out of it yet...but, reading between the lines it appears that a major source of conflict has arisen, right? So I totally understand!!!

Good luck in whatever you do....!

Cool

What's the line about luck? ....... Man, I feel for you. I really do. If that's the only way to conflict resolution, good luck. But, like Mustanger said, "Seems wrong to sell it now after it is all done! You haven't gotten any enjoyment out of it yet."
