TKO 600 Tranny

As i have had my tranny rebuilt 3x already T-45?? (standard tranny) Next time this thing goes (which i know it will) I would like to upgrade to a TKO 600 to be safe for the long run, and so i can beat the piss out of my car all day and not have to worry about the tranny breaking. Has anybody have any experience in swapping out the T-45 tranny with a TKO 500/600?? Anything special i need to know or any "Heads Up"? When i make the swap i would also like to get an aluminum driveshaft. Can someone point out some good links to read up on this?

The oil could be from your rear main seal
