They can't. If you want it removed, you can have eBay pull it. I've had my 1990 and 2000 in auctions without consent. eBay doesn't take unauthorized pics lightly.

Same thing happened to me a few years ago...someone 'borrowed' a pic of my silver 99, and they played it off as their own selling parts off of it...eBay took care of it real quick
