I have had bad experiences with some dealerships around here. I stick to the dealer that I purchased car from. and same service writer. He has always treated me and family well. Look the good ones are out there.

I had some great times @ the dealer. I love FORD!!!!!! When I bought the car it was pulling to the right, so I took it in and they gave me a set of Caster Camber Plates for free. About two months later my car was hit and once again they fixed it for free. You just gotta know how to talk to these people, understand them, realize that they work for FORD.

I have the same problem with my 2003 Stage 2. It is hard to start and the suspension squeeks, especially when its cold. Which it isn't very often in South Texas. I figured they would blame the starting problem on the larger fuel injectors for the supercharger. Haven't taken it in yet, but I think I know the response I'll get.

If that dealer is not a Roush dealer, they have a point with the suspension IF it was a Roush suspension. But, if you take it to an authorized Roush dealer and they give you that crap, drive the car right up their butts. That pisses me off when they try to pass the buck. It is their issue, and they need to deal with Roush on it. You shouldn't get inbetween. Hopefully Galpin will hook you up. ð kev
