1st off never try and install a pro charger 3 core intercooler on a 1999 roush stage 2 with a Vortec supercharger. The journey started when I got a deal on a procharger intercooler from the guy I bought the car from. Me and my friend started on the project at 2:00 pm sat afternoon. First thing we noticed is that we would have to turn the supercharger housing to the drivers side (the bolts on the bottom of the supercharger are a biotch to get to). Ok got that turned right next problem is the SORRY ASS instructions given by procharger which are for a 2 core intercooler not a 3 core (they put lil notes saying .. refer to such and such for 3 core applications) To make a long story short the piping doesn't fit AT ALL ! When you have to mount the intercooler be prepared to bend, cut, ram, and GIVE UP. We worked on this damn thing for about 8 hours. Ended up having to jus put everything back the way it was no intercooler included (haha) . I would pay to see one installed on a roush stage 2 with a vortec supercharger kit! Oh by the way anyone want to buy a procharger intercooler kit $700 ? After repacking the intercooler and all the hardeware I need to get rid of it and buy the vortec AfterCooler.
