I need your opinion

Well I'm not sure where this will go, but I thought I would ask anyway. I am thinking about putting the Saleen front bumper on my 2000 Stage2. I have the roush front valence on it right now, but I just dont like the way it looks. So how do you think it would look with a Saleen front bumper. I'm also going to put a different hood on it too, I don't like the stock hood that almost everyone has. I'm thinking about a ram air hood or the new cobra hood(the one with two inverted scoops, the one roushraven has on his Roush Cobra), out of those two which would you put on it.
Thanks for all the replies in advance.

Well honestly it is YOUR car so you can do what you want..regardless what anyone says, you make the payments

But since you asked for opinions, I would NEVER put a Saleen part on my Roush...

First of all when anyone saw it at shows, cruises, or just around town they would call it a fake because of the mis-match of parts...I wouldn't want to have to explain every 5 minutes that yes it is a true Roush, and I just decided to go with another front end....

Secondly, it is a Roush...if you want the Saleen look, have you thought about trading it in on one...that way you get the look you want, and still have the true intentions of the car....

The Cobra hood is a great idea...I think it would look great, I personally would rather have an R hood...but to each his own on that one...

And... have you thought about the S3 front? i would definately say no go on the saleen thing, and the cobra hood sounds like a good choice. but... this is all my opinion...

Here is a couple of pics of a mustang with the roush side exhaust, roush side valences, Roush wing, Saleen front bumper, saleen side scoops, and ram air hood. This mustang is not a real roush nor is it a saleen. I found somwhere, can't remember where.

Have you thought about a shker hood like the Mach 1's? I think the black shaker would look good with that red paint. I am kind of partial to the Saleen side scoops.

I personally am not a fan of the Saleen front end. I'll take a S3 FE over it ANY day; however it's your car, and we accept/appreciate that around here. Do what you think will look best! The one thing I don't like about that car above, is they really need the rear fascia pieces...they compliment the lowered body look around it...without it, it looks "odd"...unsmooth so to speak.

I think the old S2 FE combined with a '00 R hood is pretty pimp, but not nearly as fnSweet as the S3 FE with that same hood.

Man that looks pretty dumb to me. And that hood is retarded. The parts don't match to me.

Pray for that car this holiday season.

Well I think you guys have changed my mind, I am not going with the ram air hood nor the saleen front bumper, I think I will just save a little more money and get the stage 3 front bumper. I think the reason I thought about those pieces were that I could have gotten them for a good price. But anyway thanks for your opinions, and well you have succeeded. I really don't want to have to be explaning to everyone why I put a Saleen part on my roush.
Thanks agian for you opinions.

Wise choice young grasshopper!

Sounds like a plan! Never settle for something you wont be pleased with just because it's available to you at the moment and at a good price. So S3 front, any choice on a hood yet? Or still to be determined?

Playn52... you already posted the "here's a pic" pic ya goof...

No choice on a hood yet, I think I will look around alittle more, and find what I like the best.
