i'm getting my rear spats already painted this weekend, but i wanna paint the middle part, can i get a closeup so i can see exactly what to paint.

any tips?

this is flat black too right?

here ya go. the white part of the bumper is painted flat black. i would suggest using lots of tape and newspaper around the bumper as to not get any paint on the body.

right above the bottom peice where teh little fins or tabs are, do you paint that too?

How many coats of primer and flat black did you apply, also what grain sand paper did you use?
