wierd sound

hey guys, las tnight, i was leaving afriend's apartment and had to go over some morderate size speed bumps....i took them at an angle and real slow to make sure i didn't scrape, which i didn't.......however, on the last speed bumps my car made "groaning" sound which seemed to emitt from underneath the car....any idea what this might have been??i didn't scrape anywhere or anything...i was like WTF.....

Just a spring or a control arm probably. Could have also been the drunk you run over but that probably would have made more noise. When you going to bring the car up to Charlotte? Do you know Donna that runs the local Mustang club in Greenville? Let me know when your next GTG is down there, I would like to come on down to it.

was it coming from the front or rear?

i think some balljoints when they are in need of greasing they can cause this, but yeah probably spring too.

sounded like it was comign from underneath the car .....ont he passenger side...sounded like from the front half of the car.........
