Anyone in Central FL Know where I can get a stroker install?

I've been thinking about getting a 5.0L or 5.1L stroker kit...but I don't know anyone in my area that can do it...Curious how much it would cost to do the work, how long it would take....and where there is somebody that can do the work? I live in Vero Beach...which is right smack in the middle of the state on the east coast...Orlando, West Palm or Daytona would be about equal distance away. Anyone know where I can get this done? Any info would be appreciated.
