Since you sent out your supercharger for repair, I would ask them for a gasket source. If they don't have them, ask eaton. The gaskets might be similar to the Lightning or Cobra gaskets, so the ford dealership might be able to help.
If you can't find them, you can make them.
First, you have to identify the material the original gaskets were made from. You want to replace them with gaskets of equal or better quality. I suggest that you look through the gasket section of the McMaster Carr catalog, that should help with identification, and is a good, but expensive place to buy new gasket material.
Once you have done that, either trace the origional gasket to make a template, or use the gasket surface of your blower for the same thing.
Once you have a good template, you can use punches, razors and scisors to create new gaskets.
Just don't goober it up with RTV like the dealership did.
