how toinstall roush stage 3 side skirts?

I'm installing my side skirts tonight, and its weird. They supplied 12 push pins, yet they are not the same size as the ones in the stock skirts, and they dont fit, they are too small and wont catch, secondly there were no holes in the bumper where the screws were on each end of the side skirt, do i have to drill into it? And they supplied some double sided tape, the instructions they sent me suck, it rained and they are all blurred.

Let me know guys if you have a how-to or anything...thanks alot

Installing the side pieces is probably the easiest part. Assuming you removed the old rocker panels, all you have to do is hold the new piece up to the car after you have installed the DS tape onto the back. I would HIGHLY suggest an adhesive promoter such as ProBond or 3M stuff, and you should lightly sand the application area to insure the tape will stick. Otherwise, it will most likely keep coming loose. Once the tape makes contact with the side of the car, you should use the "Mustang" rubber strip (or whatever door sill you have, and reapply this to the top of the side valence. This helps hold the valence in place. Then, use the Christmas-tree shaped pushpins on the underside of the valence to meet the subframes. I found that the stock ones work better than the ones from Roush performance, so you should have saved those. You can also use a small bit in a drill to drill holes in the fender wells in both the front and back and install one of the small, black, screws that came with the kit. Let the car site for about and hour or two to let the adhesive promoter set before you get dirt or anything in it. That is all there is to it.

For the back piece, you are right, you must drill a single hole in your bumper to attach the pieces. Once you put this stuff on though, you never will want to take it off anyway

If you still want instructions I could fax you a copy, or email you new ones.
