Anyone tuned they're S3 with the Predator?

I just had an idea today, and I'm not sure if it would work, but I was thinking...

If I dumped my stock Cobra tune onto the hard drive on my computer, to make room to back up the stock tune for the R, would it be possible to then tune the R if I were to configure everything manually based on the specifications of a performance tune (from diablo) for an S3 motor?

I probably wont try it (because I'd probably F something up) but I'm just curious, theoretically if it would work that way.

Just now thought about it, the Predator also records the Vin number so I doubt I'd be able to get passed that... Never mind I suppose...

Roush changes 7000 codes from stock to handle what they do to the car, I wouldn't go messing with something like that, if you were doing a bunch of mods, then maybe.

I would use the Predator on the Cobra but I would never touch the 380R computer!!!! As Star Driver stated, Roush has done a tone of code modifications already...

I don't even think the Roush computer would except the program. The connector is cut, so the program can't be extracted. I wonder if the opposite is true - no re-burning or downloading back into the ECU.

that would be the case E. If the connector for extracting is cut then it would not take it in....Gives me an I dea though...anyone with a S3 or 380 want to reconnect the connector and download the code?...better yet with a 440A and make our own copy of it and loan it out to other S3/3x0R owners?
