Matt,
Welcome to the site. The price may be a little high, I bought a 2002 Black Premium Coupe,(Roush Seats,Alcon Brakes,Side exhaust, argent wheels) for $29,500 with 12,900 miles last year from a dealer. See what it has on it and you can also check for other options at www.roushperf.com. Some of the mods that people do on a S-3 are, 2.8 inch blower pulley,(Raises boost to 9 psi), Cold Air intake and headers. You may also upgrade your computer with the 380hp tune, you CANNOT chip the Roush computer. You will love the S-3, you'll get hooked on the blower whine alone. If you have any other questions, let us know.

Welcome to the site man. The only thing I would really look for would be signs of abuse or damage. If that guy is asking that much for that car make sure it is a Stage 3 Premium with all the options. If its not, keep looking because there are better deals out there.

I bought my 2002 360R "used" from a Ford dealer in July of 2003. The previous owner had had the car for one year and it had 2,809 miles on it. He traded it in on a Cobra. The dealer had it listed as $28,995 but I paid a considerable amount less than that. By the way, the car was traded late on a Saturday afternoon. That same evening a stupid 16 year old girl hit me head on in a suburb of Atlanta, totalling out my very nice '96 Mustang GT. I drove home Sunday in a rented Mustang, went to work the next day, and then went to the dealership after work to look for a another car. They had the Roush in a wash bay, hadn't even cleaned it up, and I saw it and decided if the price was right I'd buy it. We didn't haggle or anything, they just gave me what I thought was a great price. I put some money down, went back the next day and test drove it, worked out my own financing, and bought it.
