I am looking here!! http://www.trueblueperformance.com/e...ding/Strokers/
They are right up the road from where I live and from what I understand build some pretty solid motors. I have never had work done there but several of my friends have and never had issues. The prices are reasonable.

You might check out DSS or VT engines. I can't say much about any others as I have not read much about them. The only thing I do know is that you need to find a shop that can work on modular motors. There are a lot of shops that had great stuff for the old 5.0 liter but don't have a clue about the 4.6. Things like the flatness of the mating surfaces of the heads and block. Ford has even said that the majority of machine shops cannot get the mating surfaces flat enough because they don't have a machine that can do it.
This is moot point if you are getting a new block but what about the heads you plan on getting. Just trying to make you aware. That is why I recommended VT engines. They are a modular only shop. But they do cost a bit more. I think for a full longblock oil pan to valve covers will cost about 7k. 00Roush
