Looks from your SN you have a Stage3. So I would go with the H pipe it will give you better high end TQ vs the X pipe. Before I get bashed on I agree the X pipe sounds better! But again if your looking for the best bang for your buck and looking to get some more HP/TQ then go with the H pipe.
If you have a hand held tuner you can turn the rear O2's off, if not you will have to get some MILL's

I went with BBK catted H-Pipe (shorty pipe though for my longtubes). I also have Spintechs. My car sounds like the muscle car it should sound like. I had to stick with the H as I'm a diehard 5.0 guru. Paid $400 for the BBK catted H.

I've always compared the two this way. The H-pipe (ie. MRT) retains what I call the classic Mustang muscle sound. An X-pipe changes the sound to something more exotic. I had a Magnaflow X-pipe and quite honestly I could never quite get used to it. A friend had the MRT H-pipe on his '03 Cobra and that is what I more preferred. Just never got to switch. I guess it's a matter of personal preference. Some like the sound of the X. Others like the sound of the H.

just yesterday i put on a catted Bassani X, and with the magnaflows, it it still a little too quiet, but i get absolutely no drone going down the road. overall, i am happy with it, and does sound pretty mean when you punch the gas, between the exhaust and the sc whine....
